This cookie is a spice lovers delight. The warming heat of spices with a bit of a snap. We teamed up with The Souk in Pike Place Market to make this one. The Souk is a lovely little middle Eastern grocery found over by Starbucks on the brick street. Owner, Sabra mixes the blend herself and after taste testing it, we were hooked.

Around here, we call the art on this one "Knives & Lipstick." Does she represent the ultimate expression of trust in another? Perhaps you see a devil-may-care attitude in her eyes. Me? I see the nonchalance expression of beauty as she calmly stares down death... and wins.
