This Pecan filled cookie has almond flour in the mix that gives it a rich texture and a delicate crumb (fancy cookie people say crumb - but it's not like crumbs in your bed - trust us). We asked a pecan for advice, and it came up with a delicious cookie.

Ingredients: Flour, Unsalted Butter, Pecans, Brown Sugar, Sea Salt, Pure Almond Extract
