Lavender Earl Grey Cookie

This is a tea cookie made with tea. We take our Lavender Earl Grey Tea and bloom it in butter (a lot of butter). The cookie is crisp and delightful. The Earl Grey tea comes across first with a light lavender note -- you'll enjoy it without wondering if you could use the cookie as pot pourri (you can't).

We love the diver. When we retired the Ginger Crumble cookie, we couldn't retire her. She is bold and brave and willing to test waters few have swum in. The unknown beckons and she is ready to dive right in.
