American Cookie Collection

when visiting Seattle last month we came across the Bite Society booth at the Market. I bought cookies for gifts for Christmas and the Truffle Chips. The chips did not make it out of the hotel and the cookies were gone within 3 days of returning home. :-) Needless to say I had to order more to replace the gifts. I had to ship one of my orders and I had made an error in the address. Katy reached out to me, then Michelle directly for the correct address and my gift was then delivered. I appreciated the fantastic customer service and will definitely be ordering more cookies and chips in the future Big kudos to Katy and Michelle for getting my order to my boss. THANK YOU!!! Every product Bite Society offers is outstanding, we use their gift baskets to solicit new clients. It does a lot of the upfront heavy lifting for us. By the time we call or show up, they’ve received the gift basket and welcome us with open arms. Deal closed!!
