This Pecan filled cookie has almond flour in the mix that gives it a rich texture and a delicate crumb (fancy cookie people say crumb - but it's not like crumbs in your bed - trust us). We asked a pecan for advice, and it came up with a delicious cookie.

So hard to pick a favorite cookie from the collection, but Pecan Daddy was a big hit. The flavor is rich and not too sweet. The texture is a great crumble that holds together and melts in your mouth. Good luck stopping.
