Sister Carol's Hellfire Hot Sauce

OMG!! When I tell you how AMAZING this hotsuauce is: PLEASE BELIEVE IT !! I had originally received a gift basket from my sister and I am now addicted to both the Salsa Macha and Sister Carol's Hellfire Hot Sauce. I have ordrered both myself (since that time) and will continue to support this AMAZING small business . What a great company with DELICIOUS products!! I have also placed an order for Sister Carol's DAMNATION hot suace and am anxiously waiting to try it. In terms of this particular hotsauce, it first hits you with a delisouly sweet taste that twists into heat (and just the right amount of heat) with the most amazing finish ever. I AM ADDICTED!!

I received a bottle as a gift. I wasn't aware of this brand previously. This is the best tasting hot sauce I've had yet. It's a mellow hot sauce which provides a little kick and whole lot of flavor.

LOVE this stuff as it has a perfect balance of heat, sweet & acidity for a nice lil kick. I especially like it on grits!

Initially I was afraid of the Hellfire hot sauce. With a name like that, who wouldn't be a little bit afraid. Alas, I was wrong!!! This sauce is more about flavor than heat. It has just the right amount of tang, the right amount of heat, so that it compliments the food and does not overwhelm it!! Thanks Sister Carol for making Hellfire delicious!!!
