Sister Carol's Damnation Hot Sauce

I picked up this sauce for a friend's gathering one evening and it was gone before the end of the week- it is extremely good! The flavor starts with a hint of fruit from the pepper and follows with an enticing bite of heat that grows slightly but never overdoes it. It's a beautifully balanced and highly addictive sauce. I now keep it in stock in our pantry (with a backup) and have sent to friends who also love it!
