Lavender Earl Grey Tea

First bought this at pike place market, mom and I went through an entire tin of this amazing loose leaf tea in a little over a month, it’s just that addictive. Earl grey fans, this is seriously some of the most aromatic and refreshing tasting tea I’ve had in a long time. Works great for a London fog too. I ordered some more the week after Christmas and received a handwritten note and a cool sticker and coasters. Wonderful tea from a great company who clearly love what they do!

I've had many earl grey's, some infused others a black tea blend and I am very fond of this lavender bergamot tea. Experimenting with this tea and varying London fog tea latte's has been yummy and creative. I only wish bite society provided their own brewing methods for peak quality as every tea is different- I've had to experiment on my own with quantity, time and temperature and wish to have skipped the bitter trials. Once I've gotten it down, one of my favorite teas.
