Lemon Semolina

I once knew a girl named Lemon Semolina... she was a bit of a tart. This seasonal offering is around until it is sold out. Like Spring, its time is brief and glorious.

This lovely floral and fruit bat tin was designed by Madame Vyvynn Lazonga -- Seattle's First Lady of Tattoo. Located in Pike Place Market, Vyvynn has been tattooing for over 50 years.

Each tin contains two individually wrapped sleeves of 10-12 cookies. That is a cookie sleeve for lunch and a cookie sleeve for dinner...unless you ate them at breakfast.

Ingredients: Semolina, Butter, Almond Flour, Sugar, Flour, Lemon, Sea Salt, Lemon Oil
