Ginger Crumble

This crunchy gingery bite will bring you back to the snowy woods. We put ginger in the cookie, and then we put more ginger in the crumble. We find that ginger is an excellent pairing with more ginger...particularly when it is paired with a whole lotta butter.

Each tin contains two individually wrapped sleeves of 10 cookies. Enough cookies to share with a friend. Who might just be a diver. Or might just need a cookie or a friend with a cookie.
