Orange Fennel

I discovered these cookies while in Seattle over the winter holidays in 2023 and can't go more than about a month or two without ordering these and having them shipped to me in the middle of the mid-west! These orange fennel and the salted chocolate chip cookies have me hooked.

My sister in law brought a can of these back to me from her recent trip to Seattle and Vancouver. WHAT THE HELL!?! How can you make these SO good and SO addictive?? I had to check the ingredients to make sure there wasn't something "extra" in them. But I can tell that the extra ingredients are LOVE and CARE. After reading and watching the video about you and your company, I was floored. So wonderful to see something so great come out of a difficult time for all of us entrepreneurs! You have a customer for life and I can't wait to order baskets as gifts for my customers too. I had to order 6 more tins just to hold me over for a few weeks, LOL! Received these as part of a holiday gift box from work. Wow. These are so addictive. Tried with both wine and tea. Sweet and salty, buttery, and a little citrus tang. Yum!

I'm literally going to order a whole box of just these.

I dont like black licorice or anise or fennel OR black pepper so i definitely didnt think I'd like these cookies.

I was dead wrong. The hint of orange cuts through and the whole flavor profile changes. I love love love these cookies.
