These salty balls of goodness will brighten the darkest day. Salted Caramel was meant to be wrapped in dark chocolate. Some people like to keep a jar in their desk drawer and call them "Power Pellets". We call them addicting.

We like to think of these as Seattle's best sea salt chocolate caramels. In addition to keeping a jar on the desk, we have been known to sprinkle them on ice cream. They also make a great addition to hot buttery popcorn (pro tip: toss them in last).

Who first made salted caramel? Henri Le Roux, a Brittany chocolatier, is credited with the invention. Whether purposely or by accident, he used salted butter to make his caramel, and the world has never been the same.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate (cane sugar, cocoa mass* [processed with alkali], cocoa butter*, butter oil, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), corn syrup, cane sugar, cream (milk), palm kernel oil, sea salt, sunflower lecithin, natural flavor, tapioca syrup, tapioca dextrin, confectioners glaze

CONTAINS: MILK. MAY CONTAIN WHEAT, PEANUTS AND TREE NUTS.
