The heat is subtle. It wins you over bite by bite, until you have finished them all. This cookie will always leave you smiling.

So what makes this enticing combination so appealing and why is it smokey? This chili is thick skinned and has been smoked as a method of preservation since the the time of the Aztecs. This smokey preparation continues today. For this preparation, we have chosen a cocoa that leans more toward the savory side to complement this wood fired flavor profile.

OMG!

The Bite Society Chocolate Chipotle Cookies are the best! Warning: they are completely addictive (but so worth it!)

Delicious!

I saw these at Pike Market and initially wanted to buy the tin since it was so cool looking but man are the cookies delicious. Not too sweet and just a hint of heat.

Wow! Incredible!!

My son and I sampled a cookie at Pike Place today. He said I should try the Chocolate Chipotle and I said no that I had already tried a different (delicious) cookie. He said "I feel sorry for you because that's the greatest thing I've ever tasted". On his word I returned and bought a tin. Wow! They are truly one of a kind. Less than 10 hours later and I'm on here ordering more for gifts. So glad I found this local treasure to gift my loved ones.

WOW!

Between my wife and I we have received many corporate gift baskets over the years. I usually like what is in them but have never once ordered anything that came in one. That changed with these cookies. Hard to say more than wow! Crazy good cookies that will be a staple in the home from now on. I ordered these cookies and the truffle chips but am also excited to try some of the other items that did not come in the gift basket as well. Great job Bite Society!

Nice and spicy

I have found my new absolute favorite cookie. I’m a huge fan of Mexican hot chocolate and this cookie tastes just like it, a buttery, crunchy, spicy, cookie version. I just can’t get enough.
